Tender Quality Score

This tender for a new website for Victoria Theatre Halifax is generally well-structured with clear technical requirements and a disclosed budget. However, it lacks essential documentation like evaluation criteria and clear submission process details.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements by specifying a CPV code, providing a clear deadline, and indicating an open competition procedure. However, the absence of a reveal date and detailed evaluation criteria, coupled with the 'below threshold' classification, warrants attention for full regulatory adherence.

Missing reveal date
No evaluation criteria specified
Clarity80/100

The description of the required website services is comprehensive and well-defined, covering custom design, specific integrations, hosting, CMS, tracking, and ongoing support. The AI-extracted requirements accurately reflect the detailed scope.

Completeness70/100

Key information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, duration, and contract start date are present. However, the critical absence of tender documents with content and the missing evaluation criteria significantly impact completeness.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender benefits from full document access (though content is missing), disclosed value, and objective technical criteria outlined in the description. The open competition procedure is also a positive indicator. The primary concern is the lack of specified evaluation criteria, which could lead to subjective assessments.

Practicality65/100

While the contract start date and duration are specified, the tender lacks explicit details on e-submission methods. The URL for documents is not provided, and the absence of financing information and a clear e-submission process reduces practicality.

No e-submission specified
Document URL not provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are consistently populated. The provided dates are logical and do not indicate any immediate conflicts or suspensions.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any requirements for green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. The funding source (implied local authority but not explicitly EU) is also not detailed, leading to a moderate score in this area.

No social criteria
