Tender Quality Score

This tender for legal qualification training is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on the submission process, impacting its overall practicality and completeness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard open procedure requirements and provides a CPV code. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the scope. No disputes or regulatory issues are flagged. The absence of explicit evaluation criteria is a minor concern for legal compliance.

Clarity80/100

The description of the required qualifications (APCIP BTEC Level 7 and Expert Witness Qualification) and their purpose for the London Fire Brigade is clear. The AI-extracted requirements further elaborate on the necessary capabilities. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the tender documents are not accessible or summarized, and crucial details regarding evaluation criteria and the e-submission process are missing, reducing its completeness.

No document content available
Missing evaluation criteria
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair, with a disclosed value and an open procedure. The requirements are specific to the training needs and do not seem tailored to a particular company. The main concern is the lack of transparency regarding evaluation criteria, which could be perceived as a minor fairness issue.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information on e-submission, a direct URL to documents, and details on financing makes the practical execution of the submission process less straightforward. The submission deadline is also quite short.

No e-submission specified
No document URL provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided are logically sequenced, with the contract start date following the submission deadline.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This lack of sustainability considerations limits its score in this category.
