Original Tender Description

With the present tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of cars, vehicles and rolling stock. When establishing the present dynamic purchasing system, the duration has been set at 5 years. In accordance with Section 107 of the Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend or shorten the 5-year duration of the dynamic purchasing system. An extension or shortening of the duration of the dynamic purchasing system will not affect the duration of the individual contracts concluded.
