This tender for boundary wall renewal and repair is generally well-structured, with clear technical requirements and a disclosed estimated value. However, it lacks explicit evaluation criteria and details on sustainability, and the submission process could be more streamlined.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement principles, including a clear procedure (open competition below threshold) and a proper CPV code. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight by some. No disputes are indicated. The primary concern is the absence of specified evaluation criteria, which is a key component of legal compliance in tender processes.

Missing evaluation criteria
Clarity80/100

The description of the works is detailed and specific, outlining the scope of renewal, repair, and construction. The AI-extracted requirements further clarify technical and financial expectations. The re-tender nature and emphasis on reviewing updated documentation also contribute to clarity, although it necessitates careful bidder attention.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and start date. The CPV code is provided. However, the lack of content or summaries for the tender documents is a significant gap, hindering a full assessment of completeness. The absence of explicit evaluation criteria also impacts completeness.

No document content available
Missing evaluation criteria
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, promoting broad participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the process is described as open. The technical requirements are specific to the scope of work and do not appear to be tailored to a single company. The main concern for fairness is the lack of transparency regarding how bids will be evaluated.

No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality65/100

The tender provides a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission and a direct URL to the tender documents reduces practicality. While financing is implied by the estimated value, explicit details are missing. The submission deadline, while present, is noted as potentially short.

No e-submission specified
No direct URL to tender documents
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. The tender status is active, and no disputes are reported. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically sequenced. The CPV code is present and relevant.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of emphasis on sustainability criteria within this procurement process.

No green procurement mentioned
No social criteria mentioned
