Tender Quality Score

This tender for the installation of extractor fans is generally well-structured with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks detailed evaluation criteria and specific submission requirements, impacting its overall completeness and clarity.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure for a below-threshold open competition. The estimated value is disclosed, and there are no immediate flags for disputes. The submission deadline, while potentially tight, is within a common range for this type of procurement.

Clarity80/100

The description of the works required is clear, outlining the need for installation of extractor fans and PAUs for damp and mould management. The responsive nature of the work is also well-defined. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria leaves potential bidders uncertain about how their submissions will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including the title, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the lack of detailed submission requirements and the absence of content in the tender documents significantly reduce its completeness. The 'reveal date' is also missing.

No document content available
Missing reveal date
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for eligibility and technical capability are objective. There are no apparent requirements tailored to specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied by the structure, though not explicitly stated.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration, and the estimated value is provided. However, the lack of explicit information regarding e-submission mechanisms and financing details, along with the absence of document content, hinders practical assessment and preparation for potential bidders.

No e-submission specified
No financing information provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are populated consistently. The dates provided for the contract start and submission deadline are logical in sequence. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, indicating good data integrity.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are common considerations in modern public tenders. This suggests a lack of focus on these important sustainability elements.
