This tender for fire safety system maintenance is generally well-structured with clear technical requirements, but lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on document access, impacting completeness and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity implied by the appendices. No disputes are reported.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is clear and detailed, outlining specific types of fire safety systems to be maintained. The AI-extracted requirements further elaborate on technical capabilities. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity on how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. However, the lack of accessible document content (Appendix B is referenced but not provided) significantly hinders a full assessment of completeness. The AI-extracted requirements are helpful but do not substitute for the actual tender documents.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, suggesting broad accessibility. Requirements are generally objective and focused on technical capability. The value is disclosed, and the procedure is not divided into parts that might favor specific bidders. However, the lack of accessible full documentation could be a barrier.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, it does not explicitly mention e-submission, which is a common and practical method for modern procurement. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission mentioned
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically sequenced. No suspensions or disputes are indicated.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are increasingly important considerations in public tenders.
