Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations, including a clear procedure and CPV code. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight by some. No disputes are noted. The procedure is an open one, which is standard.

Clarity80/100

The description of the works for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 is reasonably clear, outlining the scope of replacement/upgrade for warden call systems and the design/installation of fire alarm systems. Key requirements are mentioned, with a reference to a tender pack for full details. However, specific evaluation criteria are missing.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, duration, and contract start date are present. The CPV code is provided. However, the lack of accessible content within the tender documents is a significant drawback, requiring bidders to rely solely on external access to the full pack.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, allowing any eligible contractor to bid, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed. The requirements are described in a general manner, not appearing to be tailored to specific companies. The main concern is the lack of transparency regarding evaluation criteria.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, it does not explicitly mention e-submission, which is a common and practical method in modern procurement. The availability of document URLs is not confirmed, and financing information is not detailed.

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided for submission deadline, contract start, and duration are consistent.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding in the provided tender information. This suggests a lack of focus on these important sustainability considerations.
