Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, indicating a commitment to regulatory compliance. The CPV code is appropriate. The primary concern is the potentially short submission deadline relative to the complexity of the service and the lack of a specified reveal date for documents, which could impact legal fairness if not addressed.

Missing reveal date for documents
Clarity80/100

The description of services is clear, detailing the scope of works, types of treatments (including Glyphosate and alternatives), and target areas. Eligibility and technical capability requirements are reasonably well-defined. However, the absence of explicit evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity for bidders.
