Original Tender Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) currently provides IT support to colleagues with assistive needs. CBMDC requires a further understanding of the potential market options available for a service that will enhance our IT support to disabled colleagues over the course of 2 years, with a possible extension. The intention is that knowledge transfer and upskilling of IT colleagues will take place over the two years. This will measurably enhance the IT support given to disabled colleagues and support the Council’s efforts to achieve Disability Confident Level 3 accreditation within this period.

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement principles, with a clear CPV code and no immediate red flags regarding disputes or regulatory non-compliance. The deadline, while potentially short, is specified. The procedure type is not specified, which is a minor omission for an EOI.

Clarity80/100

The description of the service required is clear, outlining the need for enhanced IT support for disabled colleagues and knowledge transfer. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria makes it difficult for potential bidders to understand how their proposals will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Essential information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. However, the lack of accessible tender documents with content is a significant omission, hindering a full understanding of the requirements.
