Original Tender Description

We are currently developing a new Community Living Ethical Framework which is intended to establish a strong partnership of the very best providers, all of whom share our values, attitudes and behaviours and an absolute commitment to helping people to live happy and fulfilled lives. This framework will be the key mechanism for commissioning with confidence, the best ethical providers who provide asset-based support to their customers, whilst rewarding and recognising the important role of their caring and compassionate workforce. We believe everyone should be able to live happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives in their local communities. Our approach moves beyond traditional service delivery to one that is person-centred, community-connected, and strengths-based, empowering individuals, families and neighbourhoods to thrive. What will we be looking for? The framework covers a broad range of care, support, housing, and community services for adults, children, and families, for example: 1. Home-Based Care and Support. 2. Housing-Related Support. 3. Specialist and Complex Support. 4. Opportunities and Support in the Community.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender is in the planning stage, which inherently limits its immediate legal compliance assessment. However, the presence of a CPV code and a defined submission deadline suggests a structured approach. The absence of explicit dispute information is positive. The main legal concern is the lack of specified evaluation criteria, which is crucial for a fair legal process.
