Tender Quality Score

This tender for refurbishment works is generally well-structured with clear descriptions and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on submission requirements, impacting its overall completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. Deadlines are present, though the submission deadline might be considered short given the scope. No disputes are indicated. The procedure is 'Below threshold - open competition', which is a valid classification.

Clarity80/100

The description of the refurbishment works is detailed and specific, outlining the scope for both the 2nd floor and the toilet block. The AI-extracted technical requirements are directly derived from this description, indicating good clarity on the expected deliverables.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration/start. However, crucial details such as specific submission requirements and evaluation criteria are missing, which significantly impacts completeness.

Missing evaluation criteria
No specific submission requirements detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender is open competition, and the estimated value is disclosed. The requirements are described objectively based on the scope of work, without apparent tailoring to specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied by the active status, though not explicitly stated. The deadline is reasonable for the scope.

Practicality65/100

The tender provides a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of explicit mention of e-submission and the absence of document URLs for the 4 attached documents reduce practicality. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission explicitly mentioned
Document URLs not provided for attached documents
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically ordered.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are common elements in modern tenders. This suggests a lack of focus on these areas.
