This tender for generator maintenance services is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and technical requirements. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on the submission process, impacting its overall quality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard open procedure requirements and includes a valid CPV code. Deadlines appear reasonable given the scope, and no disputes are noted. The absence of a reveal date is a minor oversight.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of services required, including planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and callout services, is clear. The core objectives and technical requirements are well-defined, though specific evaluation criteria are missing.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including estimated value, contract duration, and start date. However, the lack of content in attached documents and the absence of specific submission requirements reduce completeness.

No document content available
No specific submission requirements mentioned
Fairness85/100

The tender is open, and the value is disclosed. The criteria for selecting a model (existing or bespoke) are objective, and the requirement for tailoring to university needs is reasonable. The lack of specific evaluation criteria could be a concern for bidders.

Practicality65/100

While the contract duration is short (1 month), the estimated value suggests a longer-term need. The lack of explicit e-submission details and the short contract duration might pose practical challenges for bidders and the contracting authority.

Contract duration is very short (1 month)
No e-submission details provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no indications of suspension or disputes, ensuring good data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation requirements, nor is it indicated as EU funded, limiting its sustainability score.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
