Original Tender Description

Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a joint-stock company with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the pharmaceuticals listed in the individual sub-contracts below, with the aim of supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with pharmaceuticals and potentially reselling to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the pharmaceuticals to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price plus a supplement. The framework agreements are non-exclusive.
