Demolition of an existing 6 storey multi-storey Car parking with associated service removal/diversion and waterproofing/making good of remaining structures. The Contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with an option to extend for a further period up to a total of 6 months. The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 year.
