Tender Quality Score

This tender for executive and senior specialist recruitment services is generally well-structured, with a clear description of services and a broad scope of potential users. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on technical/financial requirements, impacting completeness and clarity.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure, uses a proper CPV code, and has no reported disputes. The deadline, while potentially short, is specified. Regulatory compliance is assumed given the public body nature of the organization.

Clarity80/100

The description of services and the scope of participating institutions are clear. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria and detailed technical/financial requirements leaves some ambiguity for potential bidders.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. However, crucial details regarding technical capabilities, financial requirements, and submission specifics are missing, along with the content of attached documents.

No document content available
Missing technical capability requirements
Fairness85/100

The tender is open, uses e-procurement, and discloses the estimated value. The broad list of eligible users promotes fairness. The absence of specific company tailoring is noted.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies e-procurement and provides a contract duration. However, the lack of a clear contract start date and the absence of financing information reduce practicality. The 'Documents available' count is misleading as content is not accessible.

No contract start date specified
No financing information provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, reference, organization, value, and deadline are populated. There are no reported suspensions or disputes, and the dates are logical within the context of a tender.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, indicating a lack of focus on these areas.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
