This tender for supported accommodation and floating support services for young people is well-structured with a clear description and estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on technical/financial requirements, impacting completeness and clarity.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general legal requirements, including a proper CPV code and a competitive flexible procedure. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity of the service. No disputes are reported.

Clarity80/100

The description of the service is clear, outlining the target group and objectives. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria and detailed technical/financial requirements leaves significant ambiguity for potential bidders.

Missing evaluation criteria
Specific technical requirements to be detailed in tender documents
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration/start date. However, the lack of detailed technical and financial requirements, and the absence of content for attached documents, reduces overall completeness.

No document content available
Specific technical requirements to be detailed in tender documents
Fairness85/100

The tender is open, and the value is disclosed, promoting fairness. The requirement for Ofsted registration is a necessary regulatory compliance, not a company-specific tailoring. The competitive flexible procedure suggests an objective process. However, the lack of detailed evaluation criteria could be a concern.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission and the availability of document URLs limits practicality for bidders. Financing information is not explicitly detailed.

No e-submission
Document URL missing (implied by 'Documents with content/summaries: 0')
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, indicating good data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, indicating a lack of focus on these areas.
