Original Tender Description

The subject of the procurement is the performance of repair and improvement works necessary for the maintenance of real estate at the contracting authority's sites under the conditions specified in the procurement base documents. Offers can only be submitted after familiarizing oneself with the contract performance sites at the times specified by the contracting authority. Proof of familiarization with the contract performance sites is the company data entered by the bidder on the registration form prepared by the contracting authority. Familiarization with the contract performance site will take place at: Auvere village, Narva-Jõesuu city, Ida-Viru County. Gathering upon pre-registration in the foyer of Enefit Power OÜ. The contracting authority does not consider offers submitted without familiarizing oneself with the contract performance site to be compliant.
