The purpose of the procurement is to establish a monitoring and measuring equipment system for the Estonian Power Plant ash field retaining dams at an elevation of 75–80 m, in the scope and conditions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the tender documents. For the purpose of familiarizing with the scope of work and resolving questions related to the preparation and submission of bids, bidders have the right to participate in an organized site visit, which will take place on 30.03.2026. Participants will gather at 14:00 at Enefit Power OÜ Estonian Power Plant (central access building) at the address: Auvere village, Narva-Jõesuu city, 40107 Ida-Virumaa. To participate in the site visit, bidders must register by email to the contact person no later than 27.03.2026 at 14:00.
