Original Tender Description

Execution of external electricity network design works in the Räpina - Võru region. The scope of the procurement includes the preparation of construction projects for 0.4-20 kV electricity networks, and the preparation of construction projects for simpler works of 35 kV electricity networks (network dismantling, connecting overhead lines in the mast, rebuilding shorter underground cable sections, etc.). The framework agreement enters into force upon signing and is valid until 31.05.2029. The contracting authority has the right to start placing orders under the agreement on the calendar day following the signing of the agreement. Orders placed during the validity of the agreement must be fulfilled under the terms and conditions set out in the agreement and orders. If possible and necessary, the framework agreement may be concluded before the estimated start date of the agreement's validity published in the general information about the procurement. If the procurement procedure takes longer than this, the agreement may also be concluded after the estimated start date of the agreement's validity published in the general information. The deadline for the execution of works does not change from this.
