Tender Quality Score

This tender for a Project Support Partner is generally well-structured with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and submission requirements, and the deadline may be tight.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement principles, including a specified CPV code and a clear procedure type (though not explicitly coded). The estimated value and duration are provided. The main concern is the potential for a short submission deadline given the planning status and the absence of a reveal date for documents.

Missing reveal date for tender documents
Potential for a short submission deadline
Clarity80/100

The description of the required services is comprehensive and detailed, outlining the scope of work, expected deliverables, and the collaborative nature of the role. The AI-extracted requirements further clarify the technical capabilities needed. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria introduces ambiguity.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including the title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration/start date. The CPV code is provided. However, critical documents are not available for review, and specific submission requirements are missing, impacting overall completeness.

No tender documents available for review
Missing specific submission requirements
Fairness85/100

The tender discloses the estimated value and outlines objective criteria for the required services. The process is described as a framework agreement, which can promote competition. The lack of specific company tailoring is positive. However, the absence of document content and evaluation criteria could hinder fair assessment by potential bidders.

Practicality65/100

The tender provides a contract start date and duration. The estimated value is clear. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission and financing details limits the practicality for potential bidders. The availability of documents is also a concern.

No e-submission specified
No financing information provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated logically. There are no indications of suspension or disputes. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are consistent with a planning phase.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, innovation focus, or EU funding, which are common in modern tenders. This suggests a lack of emphasis on these areas.

No mention of green procurement
No mention of social criteria

Strengths
