Original Tender Description

The purpose of the public procurement is to find a framework agreement partner who will create and implement advertising campaigns for Keelesamm activities based on the client's orders. The focus of the advertising campaigns is to increase the visibility of the Keelesamm program, activate the target audience, and disseminate messages supporting the transition. The maximum total cost of the framework agreement is €180,000 excluding VAT, with a duration of up to 31.08.2029 months (or until the maximum volume is reached) from the signing of the agreement. A framework agreement will be concluded with one service provider as a result of the public procurement. The ordering of the works covered by the agreement will take place in accordance with the conditions set out in the base documents, and the first advertising campaign will be implemented based on the creative solution submitted by the provider as part of their offer.
