The contracting authority is a cloud service provider and a reseller of public cloud services.
The subject of the procurement is the rental of various SPLA MS Windows licenses for State Cloud virtual servers from the importer, for which the contracting authority reports monthly on license usage in the importer's portal, and the purchase of various Microsoft licenses.
RIT organizes the public procurement as a voluntary central public procurement, which includes all in the Republic of Estonia:
1) government authorities and their subordinate institutions;
2) constitutional institutions and their subordinate institutions;
3) local governments and their subordinate institutions, including foundations, commercial companies;
4) public legal persons established by law;
5) legal persons established by the state or with state participation, including foundations, NGOs, commercial companies.
The aforementioned institutions have the right to order services under the agreement from the date of concluding the relevant agreement with RIT.
Under the framework agreement, all cloud service licenses from the Microsoft portfolio can be ordered.
