Provision of a Airedale Air Conditioning Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC) (2023-27)

This Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice relates to a project to establish an agreement for the Provision of a Airedale Air Conditioning Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC) (2023-27) at the University of Strathclyde. The estimated value of the Contract across a 48-month period is GBP 371,179.60, exclusive of VAT. It is anticipated that the contract duration will be for an initial 24-month period, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12-month periods. The Contract is anticipated to commence on the 18 February 2023.
