Original Tender Description

Below threshold tender under the light touch regime. Using the CPV code 80000000-4 Education and training services. Delivery of Kent, Surrey & Sussex Public Health Practitioner Development Programme (UKPHR) The contract shall be awarded for the maximum contract value on a call off basis payable on the volume of activity undertaken with no commitment to spend. Initial contract term of 15 months with the option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each. Option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each. Maximum contract value (including optional extensions) £180,000.00 (ex VAT) Maximum contract value for the initial term £60,000.00 (ex VAT) Maximum contract value for each optional extension £60,000.00 (ex VAT) The deadline for submission of completed ITQ submissions is 1st May 2026 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise. The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITQ. Further information relating to this project can be found at NHSE e-tendering portal at the link below. All clarification questions and submission bids must be received via this portal only.
