Käesoleva hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping 48-ks kuuks või kuni seadme tootja poolt seadmele pakutava toe lõppemiseni sõltuvalt sellest, kumb tähtaeg saabub varem, hooldusteenuse tellimiseks Lisas 1 kirjeldatud radioloogiaseadmetele.

--Cover full OEM scheduled maintenance for 48 months: annual electrical-safety tests, software updates, calibration, complete access credentials.
--Operate Estonian-language help-desk and provide on-site emergency repairs on 8-17 EET weekdays.
--Supply all spare parts, special tools, transport and OEM-level service documentation in Estonian.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS3
--Bid price = fixed 12-month maintenance fee + fixed hourly rate for 25 h mandatory emergency labour (100 % award criterion – lowest sum wins).
--Provide pricing for additional unscheduled work (hourly rate + parts) to be used during framework period.
--Hold bid validity 90 days; sign contract within 3 days of award.
