--Install and commission new main breaker rated for existing load; connect to Elektrilevi-supplied MV panel
--Provide and install all auxiliary materials not supplied by Elektrilevi: cabling, lugs, glands, earthing, cable trays, civil works for cable trench & foundation, fencing if required
--Carry out insulation resistance, continuity, earth-fault loop and protection-relay tests; issue signed test report
--Coordinate with Elektrilevi field engineer for energisation and metering seal-up
