VastavustingimusedPDF
298723_vastavustingimused.pdf -- 6.5 KB

This is a 3-year (2026-2028) mandatory bulk-purchase tender by Tartu City Government for vehicle fuel that can only be bid on by suppliers holding a valid Estonian Economic Activities Register licence for fuel retailing and who confirm their product is not under international sanctions.

Vorm 2DOC
Vorm 2.docx -- 13.4 KB

Tartu City seeks a 3-year (2026-2028) automotive-fuel supplier who must (mandatory) provide conformity certificates or EU-manufacturer declarations proving that the offered 95 & 98 RON petrol and diesel meet Estonia’s Ministry of Economic Affairs Regulation No. 16.

Hindamiskriteeriumid ja hinnatavad näitajadPDF
298723_hindamiskriteeriumid.pdf -- 3.6 KB

Tartu City Government seeks a single fuel supplier for 2026-2028 offering the highest discount (mandatory) on 95-octane petrol, 98-octane petrol and diesel sold at the bidder’s own stations; the winner is the firm whose weighted-average discounted price—calculated 40 % 95, 10 % 98, 50 % diesel—is lowest, so only fuel retailers with an existing network of stations and ability to grant daily price discounts need apply.

Hankepass täiendatavate selgitustegaPDF
298723_hankepass_taiendavate_selgitustega.pdf -- 68.9 KB

This is an open-procurement call by Tartu City Government (Estonia) for the supply of vehicle fuel to city departments and sub-units for 2026-2028; the document shown is only an explanatory “Hankepass”/ESPD preview that lists no mandatory technical, financial or certification requirements, so bidders must wait for the full tender files to assess exact qualification criteria and decide whether to bid.

Hankedokument ja lepingu projektDOC
Hankedokument.docx -- 29.2 KB

Tartu City Government seeks a single supplier to deliver automotive fuel (mandatory, non-divisible contract) to all municipal vehicles and sub-units from 1 Jan 2026–31 Dec 2028; bidders must prove reliable bulk-fuel supply capacity and nationwide retail network, with award based on lowest-priced compliant offer.

Vorm 1DOC
Vorm 1.docx -- 15.3 KB

Tartu City Government is buying all vehicle fuels for 2026-2028 as a single-lot, price-only tender in which bidders must (mandatory) quote a fixed percentage discount off the nationwide average pump price (incl. VAT) published the day before the notice and keep the offer open 90 days, so only fuel retailers with an Estonia-wide network and ability to supply 95- and 98-octane petrol plus diesel at uniform discount terms should consider bidding.
