Original Tender Description

This publication concerns the continuation of the Dynamic Purchasing System (reference no. 31101172, TenderNed identifier 106582) which was put into use by both Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and the Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB) as of July 1, 2016. As of December 1, 2023, RWS will stop using the DAS. Rijkswaterstaat has decided to replace the DAS procurement channel for hiring with broker services, as previously announced via this channel. RWS will therefore no longer use the DAS for new procurement from December 1, 2023.
