Kalamarja tootmisliin peab olema ette nähtud forelli ja vajadusel ka teiste lõheliste marja eraldamiseks marjakotist , saadud marja puhastamise ja soolamise läbiviimiseks
Punase kalamarja tootmisliini tootmisvõimsus peab olema piirides 500-1000 kg marja vahetuses (8h)
