Riigihanke eesmärgiks on leida kuni kolm raamlepingu partnerit, kes pakuvad vastavalt Tellija tellimustele laste heaolu valdkonna e-kursuste loomise ja arendamisega (moodulite täiendamine ja/või lisamoodulite loomine jms) seotud teenuseid. Raamlepingu sõlmimine toetab varasemalt loodud kursuste arendamist ning uute kursuste loomist sarnase disaini põhimõtete alusel, aidates nii ühtlustada kursuste kvaliteeti ja tagada õppijatele paremat õpikogemust. E-kursused aitavad teha olulised teadmised ja oskused kättesaadavaks paljudele laste heaolu valdkonna spetsialistidele.
