Original Tender Description

Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a Gas compliance supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of boilers, heat generators, gas hobs, flues, unvented hot water systems and expansion vessels. The works which are subject to this contract are the planned preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis. Legislation/Regulations that is applicable to the inspection and testing of included systems. • L80 - HSE (2007 2nd edition): A guide to the Gas Safety (Management) Regulations 1996 • Boiler (Efficiency) Regulations 1993 and 2006 Amendment • Gas Appliances (Safety) Regulations 1995 • Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 (GSIUR) • Building Regulations 2010 Approved Document J 2010 edition - Combustion appliances and fuel storage systems incorporating 2010 and 2013 amendments • ACOP L8 - HSE (2013 4th edition): Legionnaires' disease. The control of legionella bacteria in water systems • HSG274 Part 1: The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Evaporative Cooling Systems • HSG274 Part 2: The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Hot and Cold-Water Systems • HSG274 Part 3: The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Other Risk Systems
