T21/10_Provision of Marquees at ARU

ARU are seeking to appoint a supplier to become the provider for the provision of marquees and gazebos at our Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough campuses.. Marquees are mainly used for our Graduation Ceremonies, Award Ceremonies, and Public Engagement events. Our Graduations run twice a year in July and November. These events are important to the University’s business so it is essential that products and services supplied to the University reflect its high standards. Throughout the academic year, a number of faculties and/or departments may have requirements for the provision of marquee hire. These requirements are classed as general hire and do not require the bespoke or niche requirements as paragraph above.
