Original Tender Description

Orbit Group Limited is seeking to appoint one contractor to act as Principal Designer (CDM and Building Regs) and Principal Contractor for design and works on two blocks containing 88 properties in Bexhill on Sea. This is for early engagement and market research, not a call for competition. Works may include flat roof replacement, cavity barrier installation, re-rendering, glazed screen and balcony replacement, and fire compartmentation. Planning permission will be sought prior to procurement. The contractor will be expected to complete assessments, coordination, and design before finalising proposals.
