Original Tender Description

UAB „Kauno autobusai“ (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity) intends to procure simple repair works for concrete floors in the repair workshop located at Islandijos pl. 209, Kaunas. The subject of the procurement is not divided into parts. Offers must be submitted for the entire specified subject of procurement. The place of work execution is Islandijos pl. 209, Kaunas city. The works will be carried out within 18 (eighteen) months from the date of signing the site handover certificate. The Contracting Entity will pay for the Works within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of submission of the VAT invoice based on the works acceptance-transfer certificate. VAT invoices must be submitted using the General Information System for Invoice Administration (SABIS) (website accessible at sabis.nbfc.lt). The Contracting Entity does not require bid security in accordance with the methods of ensuring fulfillment of obligations established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
