Original Tender Description

The Ministry of Government Services (DSS) shall procure a digital HR handbook ("Software as a service") for the ministries. The solution must include a handbook that separates information directed at individual employees (personnel handbook) from information directed at managers (manager handbook). The agreement shall include an option for an HSE handbook as well as a blank handbook that can be entirely filled by the contracting authority as needed.
