NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (NHS GM ICB) are launching a procurement for The Provision of a Digital Front Door and While You Wait Resource for All-Age ADHD Referrals, with the aim to improve access to ADHD services within the Greater Manchester Area following engagement and consultation with the public. The scope of services will include: 1. High-quality, structured capture of ADHD referrals 2. Early identification of risk and complexity relevant to ADHD pathways 3. Efficient routing to age-appropriate provider-based ADHD triage services 4. Transparent tracking and reporting of all key demographics 5. System-wide oversight of ADHD waiting lists and backlog management 6. Access to resources to support patients with ADHD symptoms while they wait to be triaged, these include psychoeducational processes for self-support, online advice on how ADHD may impact individuals and how to manage this. 7. Providing access and links to VCSE and other GMICB contracted support groups for people experiencing issues linked to ADHD. Supporting and directing people to clinically appropriate therapy, coaching and counselling services. 9. Offer easy access to a wide range of clinically appropriate resources and services to support people while they wait for their clinical triage appointment. These resources may be provided by the service provider themselves or the provider enables and supports patients to access other commissioned services with other providers, for example but not limited to the requirement to work with the Adult ADHD Triage Hub provider.
