Hankelepingu esemeks on projektijuhtimisteenuse osutamine SA Keskkonnainvesteeringute Keskus poolt Keskkonnaprogrammist kaasrahastatava projekti „Paekna reoveekogumisala elamuala veevarustussüsteemi rekonstrueerimine“ elluviimisel ning Fidic Inseneri ja omanikujärelevalve teenus riigihanke nr. 285033 „Paekna ühisveevärgi rekonstrueerimine“ raames teostatavatele ehitustöödele.
Projekteerimis- ehitustööde hanke raames rekonstrueeritakse Paekna asula puurkaev-pumpla koos veetöötlusjaamaga ning rekonstrueeritakse 270 m veetorustikku.
Ehitustööde peatöövõtjaga sõlmitava lepingu Üldtingimused on „Töövõtulepingu tingimused seadmestamiseks ja projekteerimiseks-ehitamiseks, FIDIC, esimene väljaanne 1999” (nn „Kollane FIDIC“).
Ehitustööde täitmisaeg vastavalt Tellija poolt läbiviidavale hankele on 14 kuud.
