Redevelopment of the existing YMCA Building at 200 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1RY

The Project comprises the demolition of the existing YMCA building and site clearance and remediation followed by the design and construction of a new mixed use 8-storey YMCA development comprising of 121 no. en-suite bedrooms in clusters with shared kitchen/dining space and communal lounge, together with extensive Health and Wellbeing facilities comprising a fully fitted gym and fitness studios a Children’s area, a Café on the ground floor and Office Suite and general facilities for the YMCA on the first floor, together with all necessary external and ancillary works in connection therewith.
