Rail Delivery Group (RDG), in conjunction with Network Rail, intends to procure a Phase 1 supplier set for a consolidated Great Britain Delay Repay service, aligned with the Great British Railways (GBR) implementation. Solutions should be connectable and portable to evolving train operating company (TOC) / GBR technology stacks. Phase 1 will cover: (1) core Delay Repay platform and systems integration; (2) electronic Ticket Validation Database (eTVD); and potentially (3) print and postal fulfillment.
