Original Tender Description

Statens vegvesen wishes to enter into a framework agreement with two suppliers for the provision of legal services within the legal areas of contract and construction law, public procurement and legal advice in real estate. The framework agreement shall apply to Statens vegvesen as an agency, and calls can apply to all divisions of Statens vegvesen and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the need for legal services where the Client/Government Legal Service does not have capacity or for other reasons.
