Original Tender Description

The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) require a concessionaire to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events including the possibility of the provision of a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year’s Eve private hire event to hold between November and January of each year (This is for these months only and not for any other times of year) on Brockwell Park London in return for paying LBL a hire fee. Contracts to commence in 2022, with a possible 1-year extension. "NO SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED THEREFORE CONTRACT WAS NOT AWARDED"
