Hankijal on olemas Spordihoone eelprojekt, mis on koostatud Proland Ehitus OÜ poolt (töö nr 202249).
Töövõttu kuulub:
1) põhiprojekti koostamine, samuti töö- ja teostusjooniste koostamine;
2) ehitustööd.
Pakkumuse ajakava koostamisel peab pakkuja arvestama, et põhiprojektile teostatakse ekspertiis.
