Käesoleva hankemenetluse eesmärk on Tartu Ülikoolile meenete tellimiseks raamlepingu sõlmimine. Raamlepingu esemeks on meenete ostmine koos nende kujundamisega hankija poolt nõutud viisil – logode peale trükkimine (erinevad trükimeetodid), graveerimine, muu individuaalne kujundamine. Raamlepingu raames tellitavate toodete täpne kogus, sortiment ja tellimuste kogused ei ole seotud ainult lisas 1 toodud nimistu ja tabeliga, raamlepingu alusel võidakse tellida ka muid tooteid tingimusel, et need on mõistlikult tõlgendatavad meenetena ja nende tellimine raamlepingu alusel ei moonuta hangitavate asjade ja teenuste olemust.
