Riigihanke esemeks on rahvusvahelise kaitse saajatele suunatud kohanemisprogrammi eesti keele A1-, A2- ja B1-tasemel keeleõppe kursuste korraldamine vastavalt AD lisas 1 toodud riigihanke tehnilisele kirjeldusele.
Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitava hankelepinguga määratletud tegevused peavad olema teostatud ajavahemikul märts 2024‒märts 2026 (k.a).
NB! Hankelepingu täitmise perioodil peab pakkujal olema kehtiv, asjakohane majandushaldusasutuse (Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium) välja antud tegevusluba, mis annab õiguse eesti keele koolitusi läbi viia eesti keele A2–tasemel ja B1-tasemel.
