Original Tender Description

Hanke sisuks on haldusüksuses Pärnu linn elavatele täisealistele erivajadustega inimestele, kelle toimetulek on langenud psüühikahäire või vaimupuude tõttu, tugiisiku teenuse tellimine 36 kuu jooksul. Tugiisikuteenus on toetav teenus, mille käigus juhendatakse, julgustatakse ja motiveeritakse täisealist psüühikahäire või vaimupuudega isikut tema kohustuste täitmisel, õiguste teostamisel või toimetulekul raske olukorraga tema igapäevases elukeskkonnas ja suhtlemisel ümbritseva keskkonnaga. Hanke eesmärgiks on tagada sotsiaalhoolekande seaduses (§ 5 lg 1 ja § 23 lg 1) Pärnu linnale pandud kohustuse täitmine sotsiaalteenuste korraldamisel ja erivajadustega inimeste iseseisva toimetuleku toetamisel.
