Samuti soovitakse lõpphindamises saada ülevaade Venemaaga koostöö peatamise ja piiriülese koostööprogrammi sulgemise mõjudest piirialadele. Lisaks tuleb teha kokkuvõte piiriülese programmi pärandist, mida saab kasutada edaspidistes tegevustes piirialadel.
