Original Tender Description

Statsbygg is requesting tenders for a framework agreement for the operation and maintenance of elevator facilities for properties in Østfold and Follo. The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure Statsbygg's operational stability through preventive work on the contract's elevators and lifting platforms, i.e., shortest possible downtime and fewest possible stops. This also includes repairs after deviation reports and replacements. The portfolio consists of different makes and types of elevators. It is assumed that the elevator contractor has the necessary expertise and access to spare parts.
