Käesoleva hankemenetluse käigus sõlmitava hankelepingu esemeks on omanikujärelevalve teenus hanke nr. 269079 „Kuressaare Marientali sademevee ülevoolu rekonstrueerimine“ raames teostatavatele projekteerimis- ehitustöödele.
Tööde raames rekonstrueeritakse Kuressaare linna Marientali kanalisatsioonipumpla sademevee ülevool. Tööde mahtu kuulub ca 500 jm DN600 kanalisatsiooni- ja sademeveetorustiku rajamine, siibrikaevude ja vooluhulgamõõtjate paigaldamine ning juhtimisautomaatika väljaehitamine.
Konsultandi töömahtu kuulub peatöövõtja poolt koostatavale projektile ekspertiisi läbiviimine ja ehitustööde omanikujärelevalve teostamine.
Projekteerimis- ehitustööde täitmisaeg vastavalt Tellija poolt läbiviidavale hankele on 270 päeva.
