Original Tender Description

NHS England Workforce, Training and Education is seeking to procure Designated Prescribing Practitioner and Educational Supervisor training across all sectors of pharmacy (primary and secondary care) across London. We aim for this to be modular delivery and flexible, to meet the needs of stakeholders. Lot 1 Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP) training Lot 2 Educational Supervisor (ES) training Suppliers may bid for more than one lot This will be a 12 month contract with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Total funding available is £500,000 ex vat. Lot 1 - Designated Prescribing Practitioner Training (£100,000 inc VAT per year - max value of £416.67 per learner, 240 places) Lot 2 - Educational Supervisor training (£150,000 inc VAT per year - max value £416.67 per learner 360 places) The deadline for submission of completed ITQ submissions is 13th July 2026 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise. The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITQ. Further information relating to this project can be found at NHSE e-tendering portal at the link below. All clarification questions and submission bids must be received via this portal only.
