Hanke objektiks on Ülejõe lasteaia Noorte väljaku hoone projekteerimine energiatõhususe parandamiseks. Pakkuja ülesanded on uuringute, ekspertiiside, mõõdistamiste ja projekteerimistööde teostamine peatöövõtu korras, hankija nõustamine ja ehitusaegne autorijärelevalve. Detailsemalt on pakkuja ülesanded määratud tehnilises kirjelduses ja lepingus.
Projekteerimine toimub projekti „Pärnu Ülejõe lasteaia Noorte väljaku hoone energiatõhususe parandamine“ Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskuse meetme „Avaliku sektori hoonete energiatõhusus” vahenditest. Projekteerimise nõutav staadium: põhiprojekt.
Pakkujal on kohustus hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvuda ja pakkuja esindaja on kohustatud andma kohapeal allkirja vastavale aktile (RHS § 111 lg.6 p. 1). Hankija korraldab pakkujatele hankelepingu täitmise kohaga/objektiga tutvumise 18.07.2023 kell 11.00.
